Some Exhibitors may need Entry-Visa to enter the Republic of Korea and are requested obtain the Visa through appropriate authorities. The organizer will provide "Confirmation of Participation" and "Letter of Invitation" upon the receipt of formal application and 50% deposit of the space and/or shell booth costs applied for (These CERTIFICATE or LETTER of INVITATION are Not guarantee of your entrance through Korea immigration and issuing Visa from Korea embassy. The organizer Does Not have a responsibility in this matter as it is the duty for "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs" and "The Ministry of Justice" to cover Visa issuance and admission to Korea).
Exhibitors with Entry-Visa should be prepared for the final screening at airport/port by immigration officials. Therefore, appropriate documents, business cards, catalogues, price lists of exhibits and a confirmed air-ticket to return are required in case a doubt arises during screening.
A letter issued by trade authority of foreign affairs authority from other countries confirming that exhibitors & their staffs will be returned to their country within the period allowed to stay in the Republic of Korea is necessary in case that immigration officers do not allow exhibitors to enter the Republic of Korea during screening.
