Admission
Exhibitors and exhibitor's staffs will be provided with admission badges allowing them to enter the exhibition halls during normal working hours throughout the construction, exhibition and dismantling days. These admission badges will be available from the on-site registration desk.

Security
The organizer will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of exhibits and exhibitor's property. However, the ultimate responsibility for safekeeping of all items rests to the exhibitor and is recommended to arrange lock-up storage on his/her stand for small and valuable items. When the exhibition is closed, exhibitors should not leave their exhibits unattended until all valuable or prestige items have been secured or removed.

Patent & Copyright
The organizer does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any losses, damages, or conflicts of interests resulting from display of any exhibits, which bear any form of industrial property right, copyright or patents. Exhibitors are therefore advised to take protective measure by registering designs and/or patenting inventions before the time of the event.
