Payment of the fees by the dates hereunder indicated is of the essence to participation by the exhibitor in the exhibition. Manner of payment shall be in two installments.
(1) The payment non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total participation fee and advertising fee should be accompanied with the application. Booking without this deposit will not be confirmed.
(2) 50% balance should be paid on or before July 04, 2008.
