¡¤ Corner booth will be assumed to open 2(3) sides with 2(3) fascia boards carrying company name. ¡¤ Location of furniture and equipment is non-alternable. ¡¤ All labors for construction and dismantling of rental display are provided. ¡¤ Additional booth-fitting or display fixtures, electrical wiring installation, and other services are not included.
¡Ü Booth-fitting regulations
¨ç All additional construction works, including light fitting, must be contained within the shell booth structure.
It should be noted that shell booth walls are contained within the site allocated, thereby reducing the
effective floor area by approximate 50mm in each direction, and that the maximum clear headroom is
2.2m. (Booth height 2.5m) ¨è No fixings, other than by removable adhesive or special bracket and obtainable suspensions may be made
to the walls of shell boots. The organizer approval is required, if it desires to fix any heavy item to the
partition.

¡Ü Reminder for exhibitors taking raw space
¨ç Furniture for displaying or meeting, such as showcases, shelves, tables, chairs, etc. ¨è Booth interior equipments ¨é Booth cover to shield the opened front
¡Ü Booth-fitting regulations
¨ç The tops of all booths must be left open except that small private offices or reception areas may be
fitted with ceilings of non-combustible material. ¨è All booths fittings must be prefabricated and prefinished as far as practical. No major painting will
be permitted in the exhibition hall. ¨é All materials used in the fabrication of booths must be fireproofed or inherently fire resistant. ¨ê Carpet laid to the floor of the exhibition hall may be affixed only by means of easily removable
materials. The exhibitors will be charged for any damage caused to the floor of the building and
for the removal of adhesive residue. ¨ë No fixings may be made to the walls, floors, roof, or other parts of the exhibition hall structures. ¨ì All waste and spare booth-fitting materials may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. ¨í No structure of fitment, including light fittings, may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. ¨î No structure may exceed a height of 7m(partially 4m) from the hall floor unless written permission has
first been obtained from the organizer. ¨ï Two-story booth, which is approved by the organizer & COEX operator, will be permitted. ¨ð Long runs of unbroken walling should be avoided on the perimeters of booth sites. Such walls should
be interspersed with graphics and/or displays. ¨ñ The name and stand number of the exhibitor must be prominently displayed. ¨ò Fully dimensioned drawings of proposed booth structures must be submitted, the organizer for approval
before any work is processed. Should such drawings not be submitted, the organizers reserve the right
to request removal or amendment on site of any structure or display, if it is considered to be undesirable
or in contravention of the exhibition regulations.
Raw space or space with shell stand, will be formally allotted to all exhibitors correspond to the area
stated on the application and the nature of the exhibits on the first-come, first-served basis under the
terms & regulations for participation accepted by the exhibitor at the time of submitting their applications
(1) Electricity Supplies
The standard supplies of electrical currency available for use on booths are;

(2) Changing or Special Installations
Please notify to the organizer. The organizer appointed the official contractor to run supplies of electricity ordered from service duct outlets to individual booth sites, termination at an appropriate switch or junction box. No other contractors are permitted to make connections to electricity supply of the exhibition hall. Distribution wiring within the booth area is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
